Yes, that's a menu hanging on the bathroom wall of a local eatery. Because that's what always happens: you walk into the bathroom and the lovely aromas in there just make you think, "Mmmm, I could go for a bite to eat." (As I did recently, I apologize for the quality of the photo, but you do not want to be caught taking photographs in a bathroom.)
